The Basics
We start with a high-level studio assessment that includes 2-3 actionable key recommendations and then provide 3 standard templates with implementation training. This takes place across 3 meetings: an assessment, the recommendations and training followed by a post implementation checkin.
The Deep Dive
This begins with an in-depth assessment followed by 5-7 actionable key findings and 5 custom developed templates. This process takes place over 6 monthly meetings and includes assessments, recommendations, trainings and check ins.
The All In
We will start with the in-depth assessment and provided as needed actionable key findings, develop custom templates, and provide team trainings through ongoing monthly / bimonthly meetings depending on the timeline and schedule for your goals.
